Really liked these bao buns overall. The place is a good find with parking in the back! The buns itself are sooooo fluffy, they were made so perfectly and good. They have sooo much meat packed in which was hard to eat but the flavor was delicious. Our favorite was the corn + fried cheese one for sure!

My daughter is a huge fan of King Bao and she was visiting us from New Jersey and this was one of the "tastes of home" that she craved while visiting Orlando. I had a pork bao and the hot chicken bao. The pork bao was pretty weak, but the hot chicken bao was considerably better. My daughter had it delivered, so I cannot comment on its ambiance or the service, but the food was good, especially if you are a fan (as my daughter is). I guess overall, I will give King Bao an overall score of four stars. It was tasty enough and if you like bao, King Bao is one of the more recognized restaurants for bao in the Orlando, Florida area. If you are a fan of bao or want to try something different, give King Bao a shot. I am confident that you will appreciate King Bao.

Absolutely love that they have a few locations. I do prefer this location based on the fact they have a small parking lot vs street parking. The inside is clean and ordering on the kiosk works flawlessly. Staff is very friendly, nice, and made my bao perfectly. The Bao had all fresh ingredients and tasted wonderful. Will definitely be back.

King Bao is an Orlando staple when I'm here! The food is delicious and very affordable! The restaurant is very small with limited parking so if you plan on coming on a weekend it might take some time to get a parking spot. The service is always very friendly and personable! The restaurant is always very clean and the employees are always on top of cleaning up the moment customers leave. I highly recommend king Bao to anyone who's in Orlando, you won't be disappointed! Everything is delicious!!

The staff was welcoming as soon as I walked through the door. Ordering is done on a kiosk. Easy. Grab your napkins and plastic forks/knifes on the right. Order was ready very quickly. Inside seating or outside seating in the back by the parking lot. I love baos, and usually go to the king bao location on mills, but I was in WP so I decided to stop by. It seemed less busy here which was nice because I was with my toddler. The lobster is my go-to as well as the shrimp!

King Bao is becoming an Orlando staple! Highly recommend this place for lunch or a cheap date. It's the same great product as original with easier parking! Admittedly, I have been here and the original location many times and it never disappoints! The Tots, let talk about the tots. You have to order to order them! Perfectly fried and crispy! Don't cheat yourself, and get them covered in cheese and bbq pork, the "Porky's Tatchos", you will not be disappointed. The special, which is 2 bao and a drink is only 8 bucks, in this economy! What a deal! All of the bao are great! On this trip I got the glen Rhee and the chicken katsu. Both are mouthwateringly good! The glen Rhee, which is marinated beef, is super tender, and the katsu is fried up perfectly and the sauce is rich and flavorful. They have an automated ordering system which makes it easy too see what you are ordering. The food comes out quick enough for a work lunch!

We have been to the Mills location a few times, but this was our first time at the Winter Park location. And let me tell you, it did not disappoint at all! Some of the pros of Winter Park is that they have more parking available and the seating area inside is bigger than Mills. As far as the food goes, it is just like the Mills location. The baos are all fresh and yummy! I tried the Fried Avocado bao for the first time and thought it was amazing as well! I am adding it to my favorites list which includes: Chicken Catsucurry and Mr. Potato Head. I feel like they have great prices, $12 for 3 bao and a drink. The ingredients have always tasted super fresh and I leave feeling satisfied. Highly recommend checking out any of the King Bao locations!

I came down to the Mills 50 area with some friends one Saturday afternoon. We ate lunch, shopped around some Asian markets, got some boba, and had dessert somewhere. But I wanna talk more about the lunch we had. We came to small, unsuspecting shop very close to the intersection of Mills and 50. This shop had one specialty, bao. I had been wanting to try King Bao for quite some time now, so with the anticipation built, I was very excited to see what this place was all about and sink my teeth into some warm, fluffy bao. We find street parking pretty easily, walk in, and start perusing the menus, the standard one and the specials they had written on the board. My biggest flaw is I eat at too many places, and I only Yelp thrice a week, so by the time I can review a place that I ate eight things at, I can't quite remember every single thing I ordered. That is my problem today. I just can't remember all eight bao I ordered What I do remember is how great they were. These white buns were steamed to perfection. Fluffy, soft, chewy, a hint of moisture, and hefty enough to hold up to the ingredients within as they were being squeezed together like a taco. Speaking of ingredients, the bao combinations they offer are perfect. I don't remember all the bao I got, but I do remember the Hogzilla (Thick Cut, Braised Pork Belly, Pickled Carrots, Daikon, Ground Honey Roasted Peanuts & Cilantro). Three simple ingredients that all play an important role in the bao, and a garnish of cilantro. Acid from the carrots, freshness from the daikon, crunch from the peanuts. Just lovely. And the other seven that we tried were also constructed very well. Big fan. Overall, this place is legit. If you're wondering if you should come here, you absolutely should. The only thing is that you have to order at a robo-kiosk, instead of consulting with a human being, which I did not like, but I think that this is trendy and in now. So anyway, come here!
